Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
➔ We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more — all secured with end-to-end encryption.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
➔ We’ll do our best to accommodate changes in time, but as items are made on demand, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Please double-check your details before confirming.

Q: Can I update my delivery address after ordering?
➔ Once the order is placed, address changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately — we’ll do our best if the order hasn’t entered production.

Q: I haven’t received my confirmation email — what should I do?
➔ Please check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation right away.

Q: Can I get an invoice for my order?
➔ Your invoice is automatically included in your order confirmation email.
If you can’t find it or need it resent, just contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
➔ We currently ship within the European Union.

Q: How long does delivery take?
➔ Production and shipping typically take 4–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way. Can take more time for some countries.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?
➔ No — all Modulya orders delivered within the European Union ship free of charge.
Pick-up point delivery is available in France only, for €8.80.
For other EU countries, delivery is to home or business addresses only.
All prices include VAT and duties.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
➔ No — we currently offer standard tracked shipping only

Q: Can I track my shipment?
➔ Yes — as soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to follow your delivery in real time.

Q: How are the frames packaged?
➔ Frames are secured with reinforced corners and sturdy wrapping, then shipped in a rigid cardboard box with L-shaped reinforcements for maximum protection.

Q: Will my order arrive in a single package?
➔ Not always — depending on the products and quantities in your order, items may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages. This ensures faster delivery and optimal protection for each item.

Frames & Print Quality

Q: How are the prints made?
➔ All artworks are printed at 300 DPI, the industry standard for museum-quality prints.
Even our largest formats use files up to 8858×11810 pixels, ensuring crisp details, deep contrasts, and zero pixelation — even up close.

Q: Are frames included?
➔ You can choose between framed and unframed versions for each print. Frames are sold with posters, ready to hang.

Q: What materials are used for the frame and print?
➔ Each framed print is made with solid pine wood and protected by shatterproof plexiglass. Printed on 200 g/m² matte paper, with a non-reflective finish, it arrives ready to hang — no extra work needed.

Q: What type of paper do you use?
➔ All prints are made on museum-quality, matte fine art paper with a smooth finish — thick, durable, and non-reflective.

Q: What frame options are available?
➔ You can choose between black, white, or natural wood frames — all made from sustainably sourced materials, ready to hang.

AI & Artistic Process

Q: Are these artworks AI-generated?
➔ Yes — each piece begins with AI generation, then undergoes detailed refinement and manual retouching to enhance emotion, clarity, and composition.

Q: Is it legal to sell AI-generated art?
➔ Yes. All artworks on Modulya are created using Midjourney, which grant full commercial rights to the creator.

Q: Are the designs exclusive to Modulya?
➔ Absolutely. Every piece is unique and only available through Modulya.

Q: Are these artworks copyright-free?
➔ No — all artworks are copyrighted by Modulya. While they are created with AI tools, we hold full commercial rights via licensed platforms like Midjourney.

Your purchase gives you the right to display the art in your home, but digital use, reproduction, or resale is not allowed.

Returns & Issues

Q: What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?
➔ If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

Q: Can I return my order?
➔ As each piece is made on-demand, we do not accept returns. But if there’s a problem, we’ll always help find a solution.

Q: My print looks different than expected — what should I do?
➔ Slight color differences may occur due to screen calibration. If you believe there's a real issue, contact us — we’ll review it case by case.

Q: What if my order never arrives?
➔ If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems lost, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if needed.
